Reporting in General
All of the reports presented here are maintained by automated processes that harvest data from several resource points. The reports are meant to assist techical teams to gain an understanding of what production processes have completed at what time, etc. They can also be useful in determining what services are most utilized by our clients.
The Secure Reports require authentication and authorization. These reports are used by support staff to assist in access issues as well as diagnosing other production data-related issues. No SSNs are exposed in any reports, even for authenticated/authorized users.
EAS Batch Runs
This report will show the latest run status of most of the EAS batch jobs run and managed by our team on the Unix platform. A user can search for a specific jobname to see how and when the job has run in the past.
CDC Changes
This report page will display the latest change-times performed by our Informatica tool to help the Registrar and other support staff confirm that the changes that are being made via IMS are being propagated to our other systems by the Informatica process.
ACS Refresh
This report shows the user the latest data refresh times of a number of critical sub-systems.
CDW/SDW Loads
This report lists the historical view of runtimes and status of our Course Data Warehouse and Student Data Warehouse environments.
HDW ETL Runs
This report lists the historical view of runtimes and status of the HR Data Warehouse.
FDW ETL Runs
This report lists the historical view of runtimes and status of the Financial Data Warehouse.
User Activity
This report will display the total number of end-user sign-ons to a number of applications that we support.
DB Connections
This report reflects the total number of database connections made to a number of production databases our team supports.
HDRT Counts
This report shows the total number of EAS HDRT tickets for a given year. Currently, this data is loaded manually and we are working with the data owner to supply an automated feed to remove the manual intervention and provide up-to-date information.
Secure Reports
Access Control
This report shows the current status of what users have access to which EAS Applications. It can be useful when trying to diagnose end-user access issues.
ARS Admins
This report shows all of the Administrators of the Absence Reporting System.
CDW Course Section
This report shows all of the current key data from the CDW Course Section. This can be useful to confirm the open/available seats within a specific section.
Degree Navigator Users
This report shows all of the current Degree Navigator users.
GLBA IMS Report
This report shows active users of IMS applications, including required GLBA reporting information. Authorization is required for this report.
GLBA OTB Web Report
This report shows active users of the OTB application, including required GLBA reporting information. Authorization is required for this report.
IDM / Banner Interface
This report shows records that have most recently been sent from RBHS(Banner) to IDM.
IDM Ident. Response
This report shows records that have output from the IDM system as a response to the Systems of Record.
IDM Recs in Error Status
This report shows records that are currently in ERROR status within the IDM system.
IDM / ROD Intenifiers
This report shows identifiers of all Active People who will appear on the Rutgers Online Display (ROD).
PDB Active People
This report shows all of the People who currently have active roles in the PDB (excluding never-closing roles such as ALUMNI, etc.).
Key App Events
This report shows a total count of various application events over time. This can be useful when trying to determine a critical time of year for a given application. This report requires both Authenitication and Authorization.
PDB / BNR Mis-Matches
This report shows inconsistent key data between the PDB and BANNER.
PDB / PSFT Mis-Matches
This report shows inconsistent key data between the PDB and PeopleSoft.
PDB / SDW Mis-Matches
This report shows inconsistent key data between the PDB and the SDW.
PSFT / IDM Interface
This report shows the most recent PeopleSoft data fed to the IDM system.
REGIS Access Control
This report shows the current access control values for the REGIS application.
Room Scheduling - Room Assignments
This report shows the current Room Assignments within the Room Scheduling Application.
SDW Student
This report shows the current key values of the Student data within the SDW.
WebReg Adds Today
This report page will display the latest WEB-REG "add" counts. The counts are grouped by hour. During non-registration periods, this report will not contain any activity.
WebReg Adds by Minute
This report page will display all of the latest WEB-REG "add" counts. These counts are grouped by minute. This report is interactive and allows the user to download the raw data, filter the data, chart the data, etc. During non-registration periods, this report will not contain any activity.
